Hey there, I'm Cody Zumbro. I'm a Multimedia Content Producer living in Los Angeles.

A love for captivating stories, immersive media, and genuine storytelling only begins to scratch the surface of who I am. With a determination to build lasting and meaningful connections, find the ultimate coffee to chocolate ratio, and become the best “plant dad” there is, I’m constantly growing and yearning to learn more.

YOU CAN’T USE UP CREATIVITY. THE MORE YOU USE, THE MORE YOU HAVE.

Though I am born and raised a Midwesterner, I have branched out from my roots to see what the rest of the world holds. With my career I have been bi-coastal the past few years, residing in NYC and LA twice. Through my travels, I have managed projects small and large. From short narrative films to live broadcast, I have tested and proven my ability to succeed. In addition to Producing, I am experienced in editing, shooting and wearing many hats on set. Looking for a go getter with a positive attitude? Drop me a line - I’d be happy to chat!

Much love,

Cody

Some kind words from fellow coworkers…

Cody hit the ground running when he joined iPowow and has only grown professionally from that strong starting point. As we work in a small company, he’s been asked to perform a dual function (i.e., both Producer and relationship manager). While he has support within our company, he has been very entrepreneurial in recognizing issues and resolving them when they arose. He has been asked to take on new projects (new as in “never been done”) that were not just new to him but to the company with clients who (rightfully so) demanded the highest level of product and service (e.g., Disney) and has been very successful.
— Matt Schwach, Director of Partnerships, iPowow
I have had the pleasure of working with Cody for a little over a year now. During this time Cody has been responsible for managing several key client relationships and producing digital television segments for iPowow. Cody demonstrates an outstanding work ethic, a kind personable attitude, and the ability to achieve goals without much need for additional direction or supervision. I’ve always been impressed by his willingness to make sacrifices for the betterment of our team, and the ideas he brings to the table.
— Matt Mantyla, Executive Producer, iPowow
Cody and I started working at the Walt Disney Company in February and it has been such a wonderful pleasure to work alongside him. Every day he comes into the office with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn more about the industry. He’s recently been involved with game development and he always has creative ideas/feedback for the team that really push us to think outside the box. Cody has incredible interpersonal skills and is also a great mentor. He has taught me how to use the iPowow CMS and takes the time to explain how everything works with examples and is always patient with my million questions. He’s an essential part of the Quizney/Live Play team as he creates content, resolves issues in a timely manner and consistently boosts the team’s morale up. Any company will be extremely lucky to have Cody as part of their team.
